Halloween and the Family Visits

Well for those of you not on fb or those that don't visit Raj's blog, Hayden went to Locky's fancy dress party this week as the Joker from Batman. It was a Halloween Theme and he looked so cool, he loved dressing up (wonder where he gets that from!) When we arrived Megan took the best family portrait!


Washing it all off wasn't fun...well for me anyway, Hayden loved the green hair!

Grandad Russell arrived on the 13th October and my parents are on their way to Heathrow hotel as I write this, they arrive tomorrow, so lots of family events.

Luckiest Girl in the World

I truly am the Luckiest Girl in the world...I have a healthy family and the opportunity to be with them here in this lovely place is fab!!!

Taryn Phoenix Rajamanie was born on the 8th October 2009 at 4.09pm and IS STUNNING!!!

Thanks to everyone for all of the support and good wishes over the birth of our gorgeous (even if I do say so myself) daughter. She fits in perfectly. Hayden is being the BEST big brother ever, always wanting to wash the baby or change her nappy. Raj just wants to watch her all day, scared that she will grow up too fast and making the most of the week off ahead.


Its Thanksgiving here this weekend and the perfect time to not be disturbed by visitors as they are all too busy in their own lives. Grandad Russell is arriving on Wednesday which is perfect timing and my Mum and Dad are coming out on the 27th...even though my Mum is desperate to come out NOW for cuddles!

Feeling good?

Even though things went a little pear shaped when Raj finally returned from Walmart last night, this morning made up for it, I woke at 7.30 when the alarm for Hayden went off, he slept and I slept wonderfully...the husband made breakfast and we chilled in bed watching Bolt on my NEW television...LUSH.
However when i came down stairs after a shower, blow drying my hair and painting my nails I found the bloke in his PJ's with huge stacks of dishes and he asked me for breakfast...all only 30 minutes before he should be in work!
I love my man!!!!

Farm in the City

Yesterday was 'Farm Day in the City' a great opportunity for the people of PEI to show their produce from fresh organic vegetables to meat. It was lovely to feel part of the local community!


We walked down from the house, this is a walk that never concerned me in the past, and it took ages as I waddled all the way!

Burgers and hot dogs as well as pumpkins galore and a Starbucks coffee on the way home, to make the journey easier!

Inside the tent there was activities for the boys and facts about the organic farming on the island and promotion about healthy eating.

Looking at the various spuds available here...Dad will love testing out those as Jackets with Cheese!

Hayden found the different shaped pumpkins funny :)

And enjoyed the colouring in with Connor.

There were building bricks...Hayden must learn to share!

And the boys soon found a place to stop and rest :) We all rested before the journey home!

Pregnant Still!

Fed up with pregnancy and fed up with being third in line to space hulk and talisman!

But healthy and so is baby...her head is down and she is ready to go. We are all on tender hooks until the arrival of Russell on the 14th October. Poor Megan and Amanda have been put on hold until then, to take Hayden.

Luckily the ban on children visiting the hospital (due to MRSA) has been lifted and Hayden can visit me and the babes as soon as possible.

Mum and Dad are also heading out on the 27th and looking forward to being looked after for a couple of weeks. Hayden will probably be spoilt rotten by all grandparents but at least this will make him fell special.

Excited but anxious having loads of horrible dreams and remembering the pain from before but still she's gotta come out!
