A Breezy Evening at the Beach

Last night we decided to make the most of the lovely evenings and get some fresh air at the Beach. As Brackley is a little far at 6pm we headed to Tea Hill (the red sand) to paddle our feet and have some tea. I made some Chinese food which could be eaten cold and picked Raj up from work.

Although it seemed a great idea, by the time Raj got out of work we didn't fancy it but we headed anyway knowing that if not it would be another night of Hayden wanting to play on the XBox (plenty of time for that when the winter comes).

The beach was clear and fresh, it was what the move here was all about!

Hayden wanted to go the hard way...of course!

This is the beach where the razor clams can be dug and there were hundreds of winkles too! The sandy area is excellent fun, the sand is soggy and water pools warm!

Raj wrote in the sand the name he calls me! looks like the postcards you can get out here!

Raj and Hayden then worked on the alphabet...this months teaching!

...and 8 months brewing!

As the sun started to set we walked the long way across the beach back to the car.
